In particular, I like to help people who want to improve their heart health and prevent heart problems down the road. Too many relatively young people I know suffer from high blood pressure, high cholesterol and even have had heart attacks. Heart disease is one of the most PREVENTABLE diseases!

I also teach how to use gentle yoga, breathing exercises and meditation to help you better manage stress.
