Begin to Balance

My program Begin to Balance explores wellness through the major energy centers in your body.  Stress and less than desirable food and lifestyle choices can cause imbalances and blockages of these energy centers.  As a result, over time these imbalances can begin to affect our physical and mental well being. For example, we may develop uncomfortable symptoms and even illness. 

In yoga, these major energy centers are called “chakras” meaning “wheels.” To bring this ancient philosophy to the Non-Yogini, I refer to these energy centers in more familiar terms to help make them more relatable in our modern lives.

Through our work together, you will learn the tools and strategies to begin bringing all of these energy centers into better balance, ultimately improving your overall health.

That ‘little’ voice inside you will speak up to help you discover what you truly desire in your life. 

You will learn to be patient with yourself and treat yourself with some loving kindness as you begin your health journey.

Building a strong foundation,  you will begin to feel more connected and comfortable in your own body.

Achieving this balance takes time. I use a realistic and practical approach to help you get there more quickly!

Tools and cutting edge resources from my functional nutrition and yoga trainings help you hone in on the energy centers you want to balance first. And no worries, you don’t have to do yoga if you don’t want to! But I love to teach gentle yoga that ANYONE can do!

This 4-week comprehensive program includes

    • Kickoff Session which includes a comprehensive assessment, personalized nutrition and lifestyle guidelines, education, coaching and goal setting
    • Meal Plans tailored to your nutrition needs and food preferences
    • Two thirty-minute follow-up sessions to track progress and keep you moving forward
    • Optional fifteen-minute phone check-in between follow-up sessions for additional support 
    • Food and lifestyle journaling app to help you stay on track
    • Individualized supplement recommendations and discounts on supplements while working with me
    • Additional tools and resources specific to your unique needs

  • This program is meant to be a starting point to BEGIN to BALANCE your overall health. Depending on your particular situation and needs, you may wish to continue with my BALANCE BETTER Follow-up Program.
  • Services are provided virtually through video chat or phone on a HIPPA-compliant platform.
  • I am not an insurance provider. By offering a more comprehensive program instead of sporadic visits, I am able to offer more support and follow-up to my clients so they achieve the results they desire. I can provide a receipt which you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement if your plan covers nutrition services.
